A new SPG brand for the future

Solution Performance Group – or SPG for short – was formed in 2019. The company enjoyed early success in the consulting and software space and building on that bedrock, an opportunity presented itself for the founders to realise their original vision for the organisation: to establish an ecosystem of complementary – yet distinctly separate - businesses under a group umbrella.
With many years of experience in technology, digital transformation and organisational performance, the whiteboard was quickly filled with operating models and organisational drawings, culminating in the ecosystem of SPG Transformation, Resourcing and Software.
We’re on-target to reach revenue figures that will see growth hit 100% in 2022 thanks to clients in the Public, Housing and Financial Services sectors, served by our current team of 36 people. The fantastic innovation hub of Newcastle Helix plays host to Group HQ, with SPG Resourcing’s core team based in Leeds, and with a second Resourcing location which opened in August 2022.
As a team we realised that our ethics are hugely important to us, and we also realised that we needed to capture the essence of what we do and how we think. We started by examining our core values, identifying what is really important to us as people, and as a business, which is to create a positive and inclusive environment where our team feels confident and empowered to be their best.
